It was jubilation galore as Adaku Doris Emmanuel, the beautiful daughter of the late Elder E. O. Nwamuo of Umuiheanacho village in Okahia Autonomous Community, Obingwa local government area and Rt. Hon. Dr. James Chidiebere (Ozo na King), son of the late Deacon Chidiebere Nwaohangwa of Umuakara Umuosi village in Isiala Ngwa South local government area of Abia State tied the nuptial knot in a splendid traditional marriage.

The magnificent occasion took place at the expansive field of former Federal School of Arts and Science, Aba on Sunday, May 11, 2025.

The classy traditional marriage tagged, ‘AdaJames 2025’ was a real eye-opener to the nation’s fashion designers and aficionados as the lovely couple dazzled all those present with their matching looks and red royal attire that reflected culture and elegance.

The majestic entrance of the bride alongside her large bridal train and assorted ‘aso ebi’ ladies in their resplendent uniforms drew resounding applause and set the tone for the occasion. It was a parade of elegance, beauty and sophistication.

After presentation of kolanut, the occasion progressed swiftly from one stage to another.

In their separate remarks, the CEO, Donzara Logistics, High Chief Chizaramekpere Abraham Sunday (Onwa na Agbara Oha 1 of Ngwa land), the President, Oha Ukwa Ngwa Dibia, Dr. Ozo na King Nze Onwuasoanya (Oyi na atu Mba 1) and others congratulated Rt. Hon. Dr. James Chidiebere (Ozo na King) and his beautiful wife on their traditional marriage.

They advised them to continue to love themselves in order to enjoy their marriage and prayed God to bless them with long life, good health, prosperity and fruit of the womb.

Thereafter, the occasion turned to a carnival of sorts as the couple thrilled the large turnout to several dance sessions and as they danced to the admiration of all and sundry naira rained on them.

There was cutting of cake and other side attractions.

The occasion was a huge success. Rt. Hon. Dr. James Chidiebere (Ozo na King) and his beautiful wife were well-prepared for the great day in their life.

They served their numerous guests, relatives, friends, in-laws and a host of others to a vast array of sumptuous cuisines and choice drinks throughout the occasion and everybody ate and drank to their satisfaction.

In his vote of thanks, the bridegroom, Rt. Hon. Dr. James Chidiebere (Ozo na King) expressed great satisfaction with their traditional marriage and thanked God for making it possible.

He appreciated the large turnout, especially the Legendary Big Brothers Forum, APMAN Solid Entertainers, Ndi Ozo Oha Ngwa, Gracious Ladies, Traders Progressive Association, Morning Star Social Club, Friends and Friends, Port Harcourt, Mee-Rie Foundation, Onye Aghala Nwanneya, Organ Original, Parliaments, AMO, Obingwa Town Planning Authority including his numerous guests for their love, presence and support wishing them safe journey back to their different destinations.

The traditional marriage was well-attended and climaxed with a praise night at the bride’s residence.
