BLESSING WEDS PRINCE
It was a day of joy, splendour and heartfelt celebration as Pastor Engr. Simon Prince walked down the aisle with his young and beautiful sweetheart, Miss Emmanuel Blessing Amarachi, amid cheers and warm embraces from families, friends and well-wishers.
The holy matrimony was solemnised at Garden of Fruit Church, Uzo Ogwe Village, Akpaa Mbato, along Opobo Road, Obingwa Local Government Area of Abia State, on Sunday, December 14, 2025.
Dressed in radiant white, the bride walked gracefully down the aisle with the groom beaming with joy to the admiration and love of all those present.

During the church service, the officiating minister charged the couple to build their home on love, patience, faith and mutual respect.
The exchange of marital vows and rings drew emotional applause, sealing the union before God and man.
Special prayers were offered for the couple’s peaceful, fruitful and enduring marriage, after which the newlyweds signed the marriage register to the joy of all and sundry.

Immediately after the church ceremony, all roads led to Ehere Primary School Field, No. 2 Opobo Road (off Opobo Junction, Ogbor Hill, Aba), for an unforgettable reception.
The arrival of the couple at the reception venue was greeted with loud cheers, melodious music and energetic dance steps, setting the tone for an evening of great merriment.
Parents of the couple expressed gratitude to God and offered fatherly and motherly advice, urging the newlyweds to always communicate openly, forgive easily and make God the centre of their home.
Relatives reminded them that marriage thrives on understanding, humility and shared responsibility, while well-wishers encouraged them to remain best friends, support each other’s dreams and face life’s challenges as one.

Speaking on the occasion, an uncle of the groom, Hon. Rowland Obilor Anyanwu, advised the couple to live together in peace, reason together and pray together, stressing that when couples pray together, God answers their prayers.

On their part, the bride’s uncle, Prince Dike Isiocha and his lovely wife, Nelly, charged the couple to love one another and make God the bedrock of their marriage.
The highlight of the occasion was the cutting of the wedding cake, which evoked excitement as the couple fed each other amid thunderous applause.
This was followed by dances, music, sharing of meals and drinks, presentation of gifts to the newlyweds and the distribution of souvenirs to guests.
As the ceremony drew to a close, the couple expressed profound gratitude to everyone for their prayers, gifts and support, pledging to love and respect each other always.
The wedding ceremony ended on a joyful note, marking the beginning of a new chapter filled with hope, unity and everlasting love in the life of the couple.
