Ekeoha Chairman Congratulates New Mayor of Aba South
The chairman of Ekeoha Shopping Centre, Aba, Comrade Emeka Okeke has on behalf of the executive and entire traders of the popular textile market in Nigeria congratulated the newly elected Mayor of Aba South, Anyanwu Obialor and his Deputy, Azubuike Nwankwo on their well-deserved victory in the November 2, 2024 local government election in Abia State and successful swearing-in.
The quintessential chairman of Ekeoha Shopping Centre, Aba described Anyanwu Obialor’s victory as a victory for a new Aba South in the New Abia State ably governed by Dr. Alex Chioma Otti (OFR).
He expressed optimism that the tenure of the New Mayor of Aba South and one-time councillor would attract more democracy dividends in the area going by his tremendous contributions to the political landscape of Aba South, nay, Abia State over the years.
He assured that the New Mayor of Aba South would key into the developmental agenda of Governor Alex Chioma Otti to ensure that dividends of democracy are delivered at the grassroots in Aba South.
He called on all the traders of Ekeoha Shopping Centre, Aba and the good people of Aba South to give him and his deputy their unalloyed support to succeed.
Comrade Emeka Okeke lauded the performing Governor of Abia State, Dr. Alex Chioma Otti (OFR) for championing democracy at the grassroots as well as the Abia State Independent Election Commission (ABSIEC) for conducting a free, fair, credible and peaceful election in the seventeen local government areas of the state.
He urged the Ekeoha traders and all Abians to sustain their support for Dr. Alex Chioma Otti-led administration saying that Abia State has never had it so good like this since its creation in 1991.
Comrade Emeka Okeke wished Anyanwu Obialor a fruitful tenure and prayed for God’s wisdom, knowledge, understanding, good health, strength and protection to pilot the affairs of Aba South to greater height.
