HRM Eze Udodirim Sunday Anyaumunna Celebrates 10 Years on the Throne
It was jubilation galore as HRM Eze Udodirim Sunday Anyaumunna, the traditional ruler of Eziama Amahia Autonomous Community in Aba North local government area of Abia State celebrated his 10 years on the throne with unprecedented pomp.

The ground-breaking occasion took place at Eziama High School Field, Aba on Saturday, May 24, 2025 under the distinguished chairmanship of HRH Eze Love Ariwodo Wogu, the Onyenweala 1of Umuola Egbelu Autonomous Community in Aba North LGA.

The attendance was unprecedented and the hitherto serene ambience of the area was agog with the influx of traditional rulers, top government officials, notable politicians, captains of industry and other distinguished personalities from far and near.

In his opening remarks, the chairman on the occasion, HRH Eze Love Wogu expressed profound gratitude to God for keeping HRM Eze Udodirim Sunday Anyaumunna alive to celebrate his 10 years on the throne in good health adding that they are proud of him for the peaceful manner he has piloted the affairs of the community in the past ten years as well as his remarkable achievements.
He appreciated the entire people of Eziama Amahia Autonomous Community for their profound love and support.
He wished the celebrant long life, good health and many more years on the throne.

In his welcome address and profile read by Rev. Prof. Chinedum Godson Adiele (FCAI, JP), the Senior Special Adviser to Eziama Amahia Autonomous Community, HRM Eze Udodirim Sunday Anyaumunna, the Alilieleghimba 1 of Eziama Amahia Autonomous Community appreciated his fellow traditional rulers for turning out in their numbers to identify with him on the historic occasion as well as others.
He expressed profound gratitude to God for giving him the opportunity and wisdom to pilot the affairs of Eziama Amahia for the past ten years stressing that they have every reason to praise God because it is not easy to clock ten years on the throne.
He disclosed that the community has made significant progress in so many areas under his watch including the building of an ultra-modern one storey community hall, appointment of indigenes of the community as supervisory councillors/Special Assistants to the Governor of Abia State, rehabilitation of Eziama Amahia Primary School among others.
Highpoints of the occasion were cutting of the 10th Coronation Anniversary Cake, Conferment of Chieftaincy Titles to some well-deserving personalities, cultural dance and masquerade displays by the people of Arondizuogu.


In their separate speeches some of the chieftaincy recipients including Chief Nnadi Charles, the CEO of Triple One Hotel and Suites, Eziama, Aba North (Akunwelugo 1 of Eziama Amahia), Chief Dr. Christian Ikezemba (Ikenga Ezenwa), Hon. Chief Obinna Kalu Wilson (Akanekuruagunwa 1 of Eziama Amahia) and Chief Ahuama Anselm Obioma (Onunekwuru Oha 1 of Eziama Amahia), extolled the quintessential traditional ruler for demonstrating remarkable leadership in the past ten years on the throne and for being a role model to his fellow traditional rulers and others.

They wished him long life, good health and more success in all his endeavours adding that the chieftaincy titles conferred on them would spur them to do more for Eziama Amahia Autonomous Community.
At the end, all roads led to the Palace of HRM Eze Udodirim Sunday Anyaumunna for an unforgettable reception.


The occasion was a huge success and attracted the presence of so many traditional rulers including HRM Eze Nelson Nmerengwa, the First Deputy Chairman, Abia State Traditional Rulers and the Second Deputy Chairman, HRM Eze F. O. Nwosu, HRH Eze Chima Njoku (Chairman, Aba North Council of Traditional Rulers), HRM Eze Ibe Enyeazu, HRM Eze O. J. Ananaba, HRM Eze Sylvanus Azu Ukaegbu Egege, HRH Eze Ngozi Matthias Nwoke, HRM Eze Okezie Clement Nwokonko, Chief Barr. Theo Nkire, Hon. Aaron Uzodike, member representing Aba North State Constituency, Hon. Chimaobi Ebisike, the immediate past member that represented Aba North and Aba South Federal Constituency, Udochukwu Michael popularly known as Mario (Nzogbu Aba) among others.
