Jude Osuagwu Clocks Another Year
Gold fish they say has no hiding place. Hon. Jude Osuagwu, a prominent Aba-based textile merchant and erstwhile secretary of Ekeoha Shopping Centre, Aba proved the veracity of the above aphorism during his birthday celebration on June 11, 2024.
The illustrious son of Amaigbo in Nwangele local government area of Imo State had wanted to mark his birthday this year quietly online and did not bother to tell his friends.
But when some of his friends like Samuel Eme (Winner) and Chika Okeke who are in the same Zone A at Ekeoha Shopping Centre, Aba with him and others got wind of it they decided to give him a pleasant surprise as they celebrated him in grand style.
Speaking in a chat with newsmen, Hon. Jude Osuagwu said that it is a privilege to be alive and expressed profound gratitude to God for keeping him alive in good health to celebrate another birthday.
He implored his friends and business associates to praise God with him for clocking another year and appreciated them for their love, best wishes, gifts and continued support, especially Chief Barth Azubuike Madubuko, the Grand Patron of Ekeoha Shopping Centre, Aba, Hon. Luke Eze, Samuel Eme (Winner), Chika Okeke, Innocent Anosike, the Mayor of Ekeoha Shopping Centre, Aba, Okechukwu Onuh (Dutchman) including members of Zone A and the entire traders of Ekeoha Shopping Centre, Aba.
He showered praises on his lovely wife – his one and only D (Darling) for her unquantifiable love, dedication and support thanking God for blessing him with such a wonderful woman.
In their separate speeches, his friends and business associates testified to the celebrant’s sterling qualities and good nature describing him as a humble, highly intelligent, dependable and hardworking man.
They wished him happy birthday, long life, good health, prosperity and God’s continued protection.

Hon. Jude Osuagwu is a renowned activist and a seasoned administrator par excellence.
He was one-time provost of Abia State Amalgamated Traders Association (ASMATA) and later the assistant secretary, Liaison Officer, Southeast Amalgamated Traders Association and former Secretary, Amaigbo Town Union, Aba Branch.
